To operate Hexa Guard as a privacy-focused proxy service, we do not log the websites you visit, the content you transmit, DNS queries, or the traffic destinations you access through the service.

We may collect limited operational data that cannot reasonably identify a specific browsing activity, such as:

• App version, platform, language, and basic device environment needed for diagnostics.
• Whether a connection attempt succeeded or failed, without storing browsing content.
• Selected service region or server location, without storing assigned outgoing IP addresses as activity logs.
• Aggregated bandwidth volume used for service quality, capacity planning, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

We use information to run and improve the service.

Hexa Guard is an advertising-supported app. Third-party advertising partners may use cookies, identifiers, SDKs, pixels, or similar technologies to display, measure, limit, and improve ads.

We do not use browsing content transmitted through the service to target ads. Advertising and analytics partners may collect information under their own privacy policies, and you can use your device settings to reset or limit advertising identifiers where supported.

We review legal requests before responding.

If we receive a legal request for user information, we review it before responding. When permitted by law, we may notify affected users. Because Hexa Guard is designed to avoid activity logs, we may not possess browsing history, traffic content, DNS queries, or other activity records requested by third parties.

We keep information only as long as needed.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, maintain business records, and support security or fraud reviews.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from active processing until deletion is possible, such as where backup or disaster recovery systems are involved.

Hexa Guard is not intended for children.
